What platforms are Hit Box controllers compatible with?
Our standard Hit Box is compatible with PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4. For PlayStation 5 support, we recommend checking specific game compatibility or using a licensed converter.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective.
Are the buttons and components swappable?

Every Hit Box comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use conditions.
