At Hit Box Arcade, we want to ensure you have the best fighting game experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your item is in its original packaging, includes all cables and accessories, and shows no signs of physical wear or modification.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the Hit Box or controller in its original box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
